Most of the training comes from the natural, isotonic, aerobic, anaerobic, and isometric exercises, although, some weight training may be recommended or used. These exercises help our members with losing weight and toning the whole body; our focus is for you to develop speed, flexibility, and force.
Sweats and a T-shirt, or workout attire, work best (Reminder this is a family friendly environment please no sports bras). You’ll also want to bring a towel and a bottle of water. And of course bring the mental attitude that you’re going to kill this workout!
